Summary

The update includes the following changes:

• Import Agent now properly creates post-processing subfolders when the specified path is in UNC format. (79465)
• Import Agent now properly ends instances of the lfomniocr19.exe, xocr32b.exe, and NuanceLS.exe processes. (84609, 51604)

Resolution

To update Laserfiche Import Agent:

1. Click the following link to download a zip file containing the update.

   KB1013967.zip

2. Extract the content of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. On the computer hosting Import Agent 10.3.1, double-click LaserficheImportAgent_1031474_KB1013967.exe to install the update.
