Summary

You may receive the following error upon signing in to Laserfiche Forms when the base DN in your LDAP profile contains more than 1,000 objects:

    The username or password is incorrect. [LFF11-WrongUsernameOrPassword]

Resolution

The following steps resolve this issue for Forms 10.2.1 update 3.

  1. Stop Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
  2. Download the following ZIP file.
  3. KB1013960.zip

  4. Replace the files under "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche_Forms\Config\bin\" with those in "Config\bin".
  5. Replace the files under "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche_Forms\Forms\bin\" with those in "Forms\bin".
  6. Start Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
