Summary

WebLink may fail to load in Internet Explorer if WebLink is in the Compatibility View list in Internet Explorer. Compatibility View ensures that websites designed for Internet Explorer versions 7 or earlier display properly when viewed in a newer version of Internet Explorer. However, it can interfere with the display of websites designed for more modern browsers.

To turn off Compatibility View for WebLink

1. In Internet Explorer, click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Compatibility View Settings.
3. If the WebLink site is in the Websites you've added to Compatibility View list, select the WebLink site and click Remove.
4. If the WebLink site is in your intranet and you have Display intranet sites in Compatibility View selected, clear this option.
