This article details hotfix 1013925 for the Laserfiche SIGNiX Integration. The update includes the following changes:
- You no longer receive a "Domain account not found" error message when the integration is hosted in the DMZ and you are signed in as a Windows user.
To update the Laserfiche SIGNiX Integration Web Service
- Navigate to the SIGNiX Integration installation location (by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\SIGNiX Integration).
- Copy the web.config file and save it to another location.
- Open Programs and Features in the Windows Control Panel and uninstall Laserfiche SIGNiX Integration Web Service.
- Download the updated installation package for this integration as a ZIP or ISO package.
- Extract the contents of the package and use the autorun to install the updated SIGNiX Integration.
- When the installation has completed, navigate to the SIGNiX Integration installation location (by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\SIGNiX Integration).
- Copy the web.config file that you backed up in step 2 into the SIGNiX Integration installation location (by default, C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\SIGNiX Integration), replacing the existing web.config file.
To update the Windows Client Toolbar integration
- Uninstall each installation of the Windows Client Toolbar Integration and reinstall the updated version included in the updated package.
To update the SIGNiX Integration Web Client Custom Action when you do not have other custom actions
- Open the installation package and do one of the following:
- If you are using Web Access 9: Open the WA9 Integration\Web Files\bin folder.
- If you are using Web Client 10: Open the WA10 Integration\Web files\bin folder.
- Copy the WebAccessCustomActions.dll file to your the web client installation's Web Files\bin folder (by default, C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\bin).
- Recycle the WebAccessAppPool IIS application pool.
To update the SIGNiX Integration Web Client Custom Action when you have other custom actions
- Open the installation package and do one of the following:
- If you are using Web Access 9: Open the WA9 Integration folder.
- If you are using Web Client 10: Open the WA10 Integration folder.
- Merge the code in CustomActions.cs with your existing code in your existing copy of CustomActions.cs and recompile the project. Place the resulting WebAccessCustomActions.dll in the Web Access\Web Files\bin subfolder.
- Recycle the WebAccessAppPool IIS application pool.
