The Laserfiche app is an Android, iOS, and Windows app that lets you capture, upload, and securely access and work with documents and forms in and outside your Laserfiche repository while on the go.

Minimum System Requirements for the Laserfiche Mobile Server
If image processing is enabled, it is recommended that the Laserfiche Mobile Server be installed on a machine with a minimum of two cores and should not be installed on the machine that also hosts the Laserfiche Server or database.
The Laserfiche 10.3 Mobile Server supports English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese simplified and Chinese Traditional.

Laserfiche Components
You must have one the following configurations:
- Laserfiche Rio 8.3 or later
- Laserfiche Avante 8.3 or later and Laserfiche Forms 9.2 or later
- Laserfiche Avante 8.3 or later and Web Access 8.3.2 or later
- Laserfiche Avante 10 or later
Optional:
- You need Laserfiche Forms 9.2 or later to interact with forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 9.2.1 or later to interact with drafts in Forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10 or later to interact with teams in Forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10.1 or later to interact with offline forms, tasks, and notifications in Forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10.2 or later for offline tasks to be saved automatically to your device.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10.3 or later for offline task and forms drafts to be saved automatically to your device.
If you do not have Laserfiche Forms, you will still be able to use the app, but you will not be able to perform forms actions. You can also use the app to only review and submit forms. You are not required to connect to a repository.
Notes:
- Laserfiche 10.3 and later is required for full functionality. Version 10 or later of the Laserfiche Server, Laserfiche Directory Server, and Laserfiche Forms is required to use Laserfiche Directory Server's single sign-on functionality.
- The Laserfiche 10.3 app can connect to the Web Access add-on versions 8.3.2 to 9.1.1 and the Laserfiche Mobile Server versions 9.2.0 or later.
Laserfiche Mobile Server
- If a user presses the "Embed" button when editing a Microsoft Office document in the app, it renders the Microsoft Office Online server unusable. (52658)
- Users will not be able to sign in when the security token service (STS) and Laserfiche Directory Server are installed on different machines. (55720)
Android App
- If a user presses the "Embed" button when editing a Microsoft Office document in the app, it's unresponsive. After pressing "Embed", the "Edit in browser", "Print", and "Find" button will also be unresponsive. (53527)
iOS App
- If a user is signing in using Laserfiche Directory Server, and the SSO checkbox for the repository is not selected on the Laserfiche Mobile Server Configuration page, the app will close when the user. tries to access the app's settings. (58371)
All Apps
- You cannot view a PowerPoint slideshow when viewing a PowerPoint in the Laserfiche app. (42050)
- Deleting a document from the Map search results does not update the search results. The document will still be listed in the results and appear to still exist. (50397)
- When a user is editing metadata of an electronic document, they cannot simultaneously edit the document using the Microsoft Office Online server. (52640)
- Once applied, highlights cannot be moved or resized. (54307)
- Strikethrough annotations can only be deleted by selecting the strikethrough, not its text. (54339)
- Once applied and saved, strikethrough annotations cannot be resized or moved. (54306)
- Once applied and saved, underline annotations cannot be resized or moved. (54308)
- Saved searches cannot be deleted. (53173)
- The Laserfiche app must have permission to access the device's location in order for users to be able to configure a location for a newly snapped photo document on a map. (54775)
- Users are unable to add metadata to a document on upload. This issue will be fixed in the 10.3 Android app, 10.3 Windows app, and 10.3.1 iOS app. (55909)
