Summary

When exporting or printing images from Web Client 10, exported images may not include certain image annotations.

Highlight, redaction, and stamp annotations should render as expected on the printed or exported document.

Watermarks and sticky note, rectangle, polygon, freehand, callout text, text box, line, image, strikethrough, and underline annotations may not render on the printed or exported document.

Cause

A number of Windows updates for .NET Framework from September 2017 can contribute to Web Client 10 being unable to properly render certain image annotations.

Resolution

Microsoft has released several October 2017 updates that resolve the issue. Please see the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article for more information.
