Summary

Photos captured using the device camera and uploaded as an attachment to an offline form become encrypted and unreadable when uploading the form.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

• Clear the Encrypt Laserfiche electronic documents stored in devices' local file systems option on the Laserfiche Mobile Configuration Page under Security.
• Take the picture, save it to the device's photo gallery, then upload it as an attachment to the offline form.
