The Laserfiche Engineering and Technical Support Teams investigate reported potential security vulnerabilities to our services and products. This page describes the reporting process should you suspect a possible vulnerability or breach.

Laserfiche Cloud and Self-Hosted

To report a potential security vulnerability, privacy concern, or possible security breach, please email security@laserfiche.com and include the following information:

1. The Laserfiche product and version number where the potential vulnerability was found.
2. A description of the potential vulnerability and how the vulnerability was discovered, including any reproduction steps.
3. Any vulnerability testing reports or results from security tools used to discover the potential vulnerability. Please also include the name of the security tool used.
