Summary

Microsoft Office Integration 10.2.1 may be unable to save to Laserfiche when date-type template fields contain a date value. When saving to Laserfiche, you may receive the following error message:

Bad field value.

The issue does not occur when date-type fields contain a token.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Office Integration 10.2.1.

The update includes the following file:

• Laserfiche.OfficePlugin.Connector.dll (10.2.1.928)

Click the following link to download a ZIP file containing MSP patch files for both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Office Integration 10.2.1.

Extract the contents of the ZIP file to a temporary location and do one of the following:

• For the 32-bit version of Office Integration, double-click LFOffice_x86_1021928_KB1013869.zip to install the hotfix.
• For the 64-bit version of Office Integration, double-click LFOffice_x64_1021928_KB1013869.zip to install the hotfix.
