Summary

When printing documents from Laserfiche web client 10.2.x in Internet Explorer or Edge, the printed page only includes the top half of each page.

Cause

This issue is caused by an internal component related to generating PDF files.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for web client 10.2.1 with an updated version of the component.

To update Laserfiche web client 10.2.1

1. Click the following link to download a ZIP file containing the hotfix.

   KB1013868.zip

2. Create a backup of the existing Viewer folder in the web client installation folder. By default, the Viewer folder is located at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Viewer.
3. Replace the existing version of the Viewer folder in the web client installation folder with the updated version in the ZIP file.
4. Recycle the IIS application pool for the web client.

Note: Users may need to clear their web browser cache to see the fix.
