Laserfiche Rio Public Portal is available in the following options:
- multiprocessor with unlimited connections to 1 Laserfiche Server instance
- multiprocessor with unlimited connections to 2 Laserfiche Server instances
- multiprocessor with unlimited connections to unlimited Laserfiche Server instances
The single processor and dual processor options are no longer available.
Existing Laserfiche Rio installations with the previous licensing model can choose to upgrade to the new corresponding multiprocessor Public Portal license at no additional cost.
Upgrading your Laserfiche Rio primary license
- Contact the Laserfiche Order Desk to indicate that you want to upgrade your existing single processor licenses or dual processor licenses.
- After the order is complete, open the Laserfiche Directory Server administration website.
- Edit any registered Laserfiche Server instances to remove any single processor or dual processor features.
- Renew the primary license.
- Edit the appropriate Laserfiche Server instances and select the Multiprocessor License option in the How would public users access WebLink section.
- Download the new Laserfiche Server license files and replace the existing license files in the appropriate Laserfiche Server installation folder.
- Restart the affected Laserfiche Server service.
