Summary
When processing documents that contain blank pages, Laserfiche Distributed Computing Cluster would report an error similar to the following:
Message: Could not find file 'C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Distributed Computing Cluster\Temp\11111111\job_1_1\taskFile_1_1.txt'.
Inner Exception Message: Could not find file 'C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\Distributed Computing Cluster\Temp\11111111\job_1_1\taskFile_1_1.txt'.
Inner Exception Type: System.IO.FileNotFoundException
Resolution
There is a hotfix to resolve the issue. Distributed Computing Cluster no longer logs an error when processing blank pages and now generates a blank text file for blank pages. This allows the Windows client's "OCR'ed Pages" column and web client's "Text pages" column to report that all pages in the document have been processed.

Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location and install LFDCC_x86_100077_KB1013860.msp on all nodes in the cluster, including the scheduler.
