The Laserfiche app is an Android, iOS, and Windows app that lets you capture, upload, and securely access and work with documents and forms in and outside your Laserfiche repository while on the go.
There are no service packs or hotfixes for the Laserfiche 10.2.1 app.
Minimum System Requirements for the Laserfiche Mobile Server
If image processing is enabled, it is recommended that the Laserfiche Mobile Server be installed on a machine with a minimum of two cores and should not be installed on the machine that also hosts the Laserfiche Server or database.
The Laserfiche 10.2.1 Mobile Server supports English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese simplified and Chinese Traditional.
The Laserfiche 10.2.1 app supports English, Spanish, French, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese simplified and Chinese Traditional.

Laserfiche Components
You must have one the following configurations:
- Laserfiche Rio 8.3 or later
- Laserfiche Avante 8.3 or later and Laserfiche Forms 9.2 or later
- Laserfiche Avante 8.3 or later and Web Access 8.3.2 or later
- Laserfiche Avante 10 or later
Optional:
- You need Laserfiche Forms 9.2 or later to interact with forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 9.2.1 or later to interact with drafts in Forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10 or later to interact with teams in Forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10.1 or later to interact with offline forms, tasks, and notifications in Forms.
- You need Laserfiche Forms 10.2 or later for offline tasks to be saved automatically to your device.
If you do not have Laserfiche Forms, you will still be able to use the app, but you will not be able to perform forms actions. You can also use the app to only review and submit forms. You are not required to connect to a repository.
Notes:
- Laserfiche 10.2.1 and later is required for full functionality. Version 10 or later of the Laserfiche Server, Laserfiche Directory Server, and Laserfiche Forms is required to use Laserfiche Directory Server's single sign-on functionality.
- The Laserfiche 10.2.1 app can connect to the Web Access add-on versions 8.3.2 to 9.1.1 and the Laserfiche Mobile Server versions 9.2.0 or later.
Laserfiche Mobile Server
- If a user connects to a Forms server that times out, no indication or error describing the issue will be displayed. (144607)
- If a user without approppriate rights tries to update a volume on the Laserfiche Mobile Configuration page, he/she will be denied and not presented with a convenient way to authenticate as a different user. (119759)
Android App
- You may receive an "Unexpected Error" if you download a submitted form when using Laserfiche Directory Server authentication. (156701)
Windows Phone and Store App
- If an entry is removed from the search results list, the list will not be refreshed until you re-run the search. (147585)
- If the Laserfiche Mobile Server, Laserfiche Directory Server, and the Laserfiche app are installed on different machines, signing in using Windows authentication will fail. (156764)
- The progress bar may flicker when uploading a document. (156955)
iOS and Android Apps
- If you lose your connection when uploading a document, sometimes the auto-resume does not work. (154862)
- Some devices will not display the list of independent fields if the system language is Simplified Chinese or Arabic. (28244)
- A photo taken with a camera and attached to an offline form cannot be opened successfully once the form is uploaded. For more information, see KB 1013895. (37227)
iOS App
- Electronic documents with a non-ASCII name will not open when using iOS 10.3.1 or later. (28541)
All Apps
- Certain JavaScript in an offline form/task submission in Drafts or the Outbox will not work (1013847). For more information, see KB1013847
- Users can only apply tags to one document at a time. (154442)
- When enabling version tracking on a folder, its subfolders are automatically tracked even when the Apply to all subfolders version tracking option isn't selected for the folder. (157027)
