This article details the list of changes for Laserfiche Forms 10.2 Update 1.
- There is now support for extending the idle session timeout limit for Laserfiche Directory Server sessions by modifying the Idle Time-out setting on the FormsAppPool IIS application pool. Previously, Directory Server sessions always timed out after 1 hour. (144911)
- The action history now properly displays the team name when a user task is assigned to a team. (146874)
- User synchronization now functions as expected for Active Directory user accounts added through Active Directory groups within Directory Server groups. (150390)
- The Save to Repository service task no longer repeatedly attempts to sign in to Laserfiche if the activity fails to authenticate with Laserfiche due to invalid credentials. This change is to prevent the account from being automatically locked out after too many failed sign-in attempts. (153815)
- Forms now properly executes custom JavaScript on forms. (153844, 154157, 154220, 155193)
- Auto suggestion in single line fields now again suggests options based on more than just the first letter. (153999)
- You no longer receive an error message when testing a team filter in the process designer with the Forms Spanish language pack. (154148)
- Users who inherit the right to view a report through a group can now also download a copy of the report. (154223)
- Lookup rules that match multiple rows in a table may take longer than expected to return results. This issue is now resolved. (154255)
- Dynamic team filter names no longer need to be unique across teams. (154302)
- Lookup rule performance is improved on forms that contain a large number of fields or have custom scripts. (154309)
- The Compatibility View option in Internet Explorer 11 no longer incorrectly requires that all options be selected in a required checkbox field (154355)
- You no longer receive a "Bad field value. [9017]" error when using a date token in a repository date field in the Save to Repository service task when the routing service is running as a user account in the en-NZ locale. (154360)
- Compatibility view in Internet Explorer 11 no longer requires you to manually deselect and re-select a drop-down field value that was automatically selected via a lookup rule. (154381)
- You no longer receive a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error when there is a second approval user task in processes started by Workflow or processes that involve a workflow that includes a Set Business Process Variables activity. (154434)
- You no longer receive an "object doesn't support property or method 'includes'" JavaScript error when viewing a form in Internet Explorer and using a lookup rule to fill a time field. (154435)
- The {/dataset/_initiated_date}, {/dataset/_submission_date}, and {/dataset/_fs_submission_date} process variables now function as expected for all time zones. (154525)
- When under heavy load, Forms no longer allows users to click the "Assign to Me" button on a task multiple times. (154621)
- The Laserfiche App can sign in to Forms through Laserfiche Directory Server authentication. (154637)
- The "Related Business Processes" list in the details for a Business Process Library entry now includes processes across categories and industries. (154683)
- Certain forms created in Forms 9 did not load properly in Forms 10.2. This issue is now resolved. (154803)
- You can now set text color to black in the Themes tab. (154818)
- When configuring a field rule on a field inside a table or collection, the rule creation process now allows you to select any type of field inside the table or collection. (154819)
- When saving an uploaded file to Laserfiche, the Save to Repository service task now properly handles uploaded files with file names with special characters. (154948)
- Under heavy load, Forms could cause the IIS worker process to crash. This issue is now resolved. (154954)
- User synchronization no longer fails when a Directory Server group is a member in multiple groups on the Forms Configuration site's list of Directory Server groups that are allowed to sign in to Forms. (155177)

- Extract the contents of the ZIP file to a temporary location on the server with Laserfiche Forms 10.2.
- Stop the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
- Double-click LaserficheForms1020834.exe to update Laserfiche Forms 10.2.
- Start the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
Update 1 is a cumulative update that also includes the fixes from a previous hotfix.
