Laserfiche Server and Laserfiche Full-Text Search Service
- Improved performance for returning search results, searching across multiple fields, and for field searches in Basic search. (147764, 145632, 146759, 148615)
- Size calculation is now correct for documents from which an electronic file portion has been deleted. (145611)
- Resolved an issue in which errors could be encountered after deleting a tag. (146650)
- In some cases, entry name searches and field searches using wildcards incorrectly returned no results. This has been resolved. (146488, 147679)
- Improved performance when modifying field definitions for fields that have been assigned to documents under version control. (147013)
- Resolved an issue that could cause the Laserfiche Server to hang or crash during high volume operations. (148706, 148893)
- Resolved an issue that could cause the Laserfiche Server to hang or crash during certain types of Basic searches. (148935)
- In some cases, the context hit count for search results would show an incorrect number. This has been resolved. (148808)
- Resolved an issue in which full-text search engine settings such as stop words and thesaurus information could be lost. (147280)

Laserfiche Client, Snapshot, and PhotoDocs
- Resolved an issue in which a text stamp using tokens did not display correctly in a folder tunneling scenario. (146041)
- Some TIFF JPEG 7 images were incorrectly being imported with a pink background color. This issue has been resolved. (149133)
- An issue that could cause delays in loading the server list in Laserfiche Snapshot has been resolved. (147405)

Web Access
- Resolved an issue in which the Web Access plugin could not be detected in Chrome in some situations. (135152)
- In some situations, the audit reasons dialog box displayed twice when replacing an electronic file. This issue has been resolved. (143191)
- Resolved an issue that could cause a folder's volume to not be displayed. (143358)
- Importing emails using the default import profile with no template assigned no longer results in a "An error occurred on metadata save (Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: templateId)" error. (144721)
- In some cases, URLs opening documents to a specific page did not open to the correct page. This has been resolved. (145066)
- Saved searches including dynamic fields now correctly populate the fields. (145490)
- The default volume set on a folder no longer affects whether users can scan into the folder. (145615)
- Resolved an issue that could prevent the context menu from opening when right-clicking the folder tree. (146079)
- Replacing an electronic file as a new version of a document no longer requires users to be able to modify fields for that document. (146190)
- Resolved an issue where users from multiple domains could not be located in the Entry Access Rights dialog box. (146597)
- Date fields now display correctly when copied and pasted. (146660, 148802)
- Volumes set in Laserfiche Scanning are now correctly used when storing the document to the repository. (147437)
- Dynamic fields now display correctly in Laserfiche Scanning. (147438)
- When upgrading from Laserfiche 9 to Laserfiche 10, Web Access sometimes incorrectly displayed a "Error: Field name cannot be null or empty. Parameter name: fieldname" error. This issue has been resolved. (147499)
- Resolved an issue that could cause text stamps with tokens and multiple lines to display incorrectly. (147569)
- In some cases, users would be incorrectly prompted for audit reasons when requesting a signature from DocuSign. This issue has been resolved. (147776)
This package is released in conjunction with Laserfiche 10.1 Update 2 as an independent installation, as this Web Access update cannot be deployed as a patch. If you have downloaded and installed Web Access in the Laserfiche Rio or Laserfiche Avante package after September 30, 2016, you do not need to install Web Access 10.1.2 separately.
Laserfiche Scanning
- Resolved an issue in which Universal Capture did not recognize a UNC path to a shared folder. (148771)
- Scanning into a document with a template that contains a dynamic field with a date value no longer incorrectly displays a "Bad field value. [9017]" error. (148542)
- In some cases, using Laserfiche Scanning with TWAIN drivers could cause Scanning to hang. This issue has been resolved. (118880)

Note: This update is included as part of the Laserfiche Avante 10.1 and Laserfiche Rio 10.1 installation packages available on the Laserfiche Support Site after September 30, 2016. When using the updated installation to install Laserfiche 10.1 for the first time, the installation process will automatically detect and install the service pack. If you have not yet installed Laserfiche 10.1, please download the most recent version of the Laserfiche Avante or Laserfiche Rio installations. If you need to update an existing Laserfiche Avante or Laserfiche Rio installation, please follow the steps below.
Laserfiche 10.1 Update 2 consists of two components: a service pack, which will update the Laserfiche Server, Client, Snapshot, PhotoDocs, Scanning, and Office Integration, and a separate installation for Web Access 10.1.2, as this Web Access update cannot be deployed as a service pack. To receive all fixes for these products, you must both follow the steps below to install the service pack, and install Web Access 10.1.2. Web Access 10.1.2 can be downloaded in ZIP format or ISO format. (If you do not use Web Access at your organization, you do not need to download and install Web Access 10.1.2.)
