Summary

When viewing the Laserfiche 10 Web Administration Console, you may receive the following error message:

This webpage has a redirect loop

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Cause

This issue can affect brand new installs of Laserfiche Web Administration Console 10 with Update 1. If Update 1 is installed over a new installation of Laserfiche Web Administration Console 10 without first loading the site at least once, the upgrade process may not properly update a configuration file.

Workaround

1. From the Windows Add or Remove Programs option, click View installed updates.
2. Uninstall Laserfiche Web Administration Console 10 Update 1 and Laserfiche Web Administration Console 10 Update 2.
3. With a web browser, view the Laserfiche Web Administration Console.
4. Reinstall Laserfiche Web Administration Console 10 Update 2.
