Laserfiche Forms 10 Update 1 (KB 1013725) includes the following updates:

• In certain situations, when alternating between viewing the properties of a User Task and a Save to Repository Service Task, Forms may not properly display the selected options under the Assign task to section and the Save section. This issue is now resolved. (137224)
• When editing a report definition, the Started by filter could sometimes be unavailable in the report filter options. This issue is now resolved. (137261)
• In certain situations where the Laserfiche Forms routing engine is shutdown unexpectedly, process instances that are currently processing a timer step could become locked on that timer step. This issue is now resolved. (137287)
• Forms now properly displays the Started By filter when editing a report that contains instances started by Workflow in a previous version of Laserfiche Forms. (137304)
• Forms will now allow you to retry a Save to Repository task if it detects that the Save to Repository process step has been in progress for more than 24 hours. (137519)
• Downloaded reports now follow the column display order as shown on the web page. (137556)
• Forms could display an "unexpected error" message when you preview a long form. This issue is now resolved. (137716)
• Users now inherit form access rights from all groups that they belong to. (137784)
• Tables now display one row in the form editor. (137819)
• Forms can now properly process submitted forms that contain more than 500 fields. (137824)
• Forms now correctly processes field rules that hide fields in the file saved to the Laserfiche repository. Previously, conflicts could arise after processing a number field rule such that all subsequent field rules would not properly hide appropriate fields in the file saved to the repository. (137831)
• Embedding a form in an iframe no longer requires that the parent frame be on the Forms server. (137836)
• Lookup rules involving stored procedures now automatically handle changes to the stored procedure involving modifying the order of input parameters, adding a parameter, and removing a parameter. (137842)
• Forms no longer displays duplicate LDAP participant user accounts when a domain administrator changes the base distinguished name for an account. (137897)
• Forms no longer caches unnecessary data when refreshing a form. (137941)
• The Process Modeler now properly handles when you attempt to delete a stage and there are active running process instances involving steps in the stage. (138192)
• Forms now correctly updates field calculation values when a row in a table is deleted. (138232)
• The Create New Form link now functions as expected when on the Create New Form page. (138334)
• Forms with fields containing lookup data could take longer to load when refreshing the page. This issue is now resolved. (138452)
• Improved performance when populating fields from lookup data in a form. (138454)
• Decimal rounding in read-only currency fields now functions as expected. (138485)
• Users that belong to a large number of groups now properly inherit form access rights from groups. (138502)
• The Forms Designer could become unstable in certain situations when a column is removed from a table. This issue is now resolved. (138560)
• With certain form dimensions, the "X" button to remove the field could overlap with the coordinate value. This issue is now resolved. (138604)

Note: This update is included as part of the Laserfiche Forms 10 installation package available on the Laserfiche Support Site after January 6, 2016. When using the updated installation to install Laserfiche Forms for the first time, the installation process will automatically detect and install the patch. If you have not yet installed Laserfiche Forms 10, please download the most recent version of the Laserfiche Forms installation. If you need to update an existing Laserfiche Forms 10 installation, please download the ZIP file.

To update Laserfiche Forms

1. Stop the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
2. Do one of the following options:
   • On a 32-bit version of Windows, extract and run LFForms_x86_1001154_KB1013725.msp.
   • On a 64-bit version of Windows, extract and run LFForms_x64_1001154_KB1013725.msp.
3. Restart the Laserfiche Forms Routing Service.
