Summary

When certain versions of Internet Explorer 11 are installed, you may be unable to properly click on drop-down list items in the Metadata dialog box. When you try to select a template or a list field value, the drop-down list boxes resize and the dialog box appears to flicker.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Client 9.2. The fix is a new file, Template.htm.

Download the following ZIP file containing the new file, Template.htm.

Extract the content of the ZIP file to the following locations:

• On 64-bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\9.2 and C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Client\en
• On 32-bit Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\9.2 and C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Client\en

Note: If the Laserfiche Client Language Packs are installed, place the file in the specific locale subfolders. For example, if using the Spanish language pack, place the file in the \es subfolder of the appropriate paths above (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Laserfiche\9.2\es and C:\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\Client\es).
