Summary

When trying to log into the repository from WebLink 9, the user may receive the following error on the login page:

Resolution

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 runtime components may not be installed on the web server. Install the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable on the web server. The files are available from Microsoft.com:
