This article highlights changes and fixes for Laserfiche Connector 9.0.1.
- Increased compatibility with Java-based applications.
- Significant performance enhancements on applications with a large number of elements on a page.
- The Laserfiche Connector trace logs have several enhancements: They now record the date and time of each event as well as the build number. They roll over when they reach a specific size limit (default size limit is 10 MB), but the roll over logs will not include the build number - check the original log for that number. They are also automatically deleted after a configurable number of days (default is 7 days).
- The "Open" button in the Laserfiche Connector Configuration dialog box opens the selected XML profile in Notepad.
- The button embedded in applications now uses the Laserfiche icon instead of the Laserfiche Connector icon. Additionally, the icon quality will now increase as the button size increases.
- Only XML files will be listed in the Laserfiche Connector Configuration dialog box. (124646)
- The Laserfiche Connector Configuration dialog box will no longer open every time you start a computer. You can open the Configuration dialog box from the taskbar icon. (123265)
- Laserfiche Connector now has better support for Firefox. Laserfiche Connector can now detect controls in Firefox with the Internet Explorer Tab 2 add on enabled. (123010, 123521)
- Copied profiles (profiles with the same FlowDef ID) will now be marked as "Duplicate" in the Laserfiche Connector Configuration dialog box and will not appear when you click the embedded Laserfiche Connector button. Change the FlowDef ID in the profile to remove the "Duplicate" status. (124659)
- The Laserfiche Connector button no longer appears outside of an application at certain resolutions. (124789)
