Summary

Laserfiche Agenda Manager is an agenda automation tool that simplifies processes from item submission through publication of the final document. Agenda Manager is web-based and integrates with Word 2007 and later to permit easy agenda preparation. A scaled down version, Agenda Processor, is also available. Agenda Manager 9 is a major release. Note: Agenda Manager 9 was updated to resolve an issue that occurred when publishing agendas with certain printer configurations. If you installed Agenda Manager 9 prior to April 2, 2015, re-download the product and re-install Agenda Manager directly over the previous Agenda Manager 9 installation.

Note: You must disable User Access Control (UAC) in order to install and use the scanning component.

Note: IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility must be enabled, and IIS should be installed before the Agenda Manager Server.

Upgrading to Agenda Manager 9

To upgrade from Agenda Manager 8 to Agenda Manager 9, you must uninstall Agenda Manager 8 before installing version 9 of the Agenda Manager Server, Add-in, or Scanning. After you've finished installing version 9, run the migration utility to update existing Agenda Manager documents. Learn more.

Known Issues

• The migration utility should be run on a machine with Word 2007 or 2010 installed. If it is run on a machine with Word 2013, some data loss may occur while updating the templates. Additionally, documents that are not templates will not be converted. (125617)
• When creating a template in Word 2007 and 2010, field names cannot exceed 64 characters. (125603)
• When creating a template, you must add fields from the Agenda Manager Add-in menu. Copy and pasted fields will not be filled when the agenda is prepared. (125459)
