Summary

This article details hotfix 1013565 for Laserfiche Import Agent 9.0. The hotfix includes the following changes for Import Agent:

• Import Agent can also recognize the LSTX file extension as a Laserfiche XML import list file. (120867)
• The move option in Post-processing now correctly replicates the expected subfolder structure when using the %(Subfolder) token. (117179)
• When generating pages from PDF files, the Preserve PDF annotations on Laserfiche pages option no longer creates permanent annotations on the resulting TIFF images. (116906)
• In certain situations, Import Agent could import newly created files immediately, without waiting for the configured time limit after a file has been modified. This issue is now resolved. (115771)

Resolution

Click the following link to download a ZIP file containing a Windows Installer patch file (.msp) of the hotfix.

1. Extract the ZIP file on the computer hosting Import Agent.
2. Stop the Import Agent service.
3. Double-click "ImportAgent_x86_900464_KB1013565.msp" to update Import Agent.
4. Restart the Import Agent service.
