Summary

In order to maintain compatibility with current versions of Google Chrome, Web Access 9.2 requires a new Chrome extension for detecting whether Web Scanning and the Office Integration are already installed.

The Laserfiche Web Access Plugin Detector extension is available in the Google Chrome web store. Search for the extension in the web store or use the following link.
