Summary
When opening Microsoft Outlook 2013 or Microsoft Outlook 2016, the Laserfiche ribbon may not be available.
In the Add-Ins section of the Outlook Options dialog box, Laserfiche Outlook Add-in is listed in the Inactive Application Add-ins section. Enabling the add-in through the dialog box displays the Laserfiche ribbon for that instance, but the ribbon is again not displayed upon closing and reopening Outlook.
Resolution
Use the Windows Registry Editor to configure Microsoft Outlook to load the Laserfiche Outlook Add-in on startup.
Microsoft Outlook 2013
Browse to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Outlook2013SaveToLaserfiche.SaveInOutlook registry key on a 32-bit version of Windows or if you are using the 64-bit version of Outlook 2013 on a 64-bit version of Windows.
Browse to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\Outlook2013SaveToLaserfiche.SaveInOutlook registry key if you are using the 32-bit version of Outlook 2013 on a 64-bit version of Windows.
Set the value of the LoadBehavior DWORD value to:
