See the following list of changes for Workflow 9.2.

• The Fill out PDF Form activity now properly handles PDF forms where you configure check box fields as a table. Previously, the activity expected check box fields to be set using the Individual tab of the activity properties. (118263)
• The Workflow Subscriber could encounter communication errors with a Laserfiche Server that is configured to use a non-default listening port. This issue is now resolved. (115732)
• The Add Text Box activity now properly sets the "None" fill color. (113202)
• 1013478 A "Could not load file or assembly 'Laserfiche.DistributedProcessing.Common'" Error Occurs When Publishing A Workflow With A Schedule OCR Activity.
• There is now the option to always open workflows in compact mode. Open the Options dialog box from the Tools menu and select the Appearance tab to select the Use Compact Mode layout for all workflows option. (116950)
• Administrators can now manually trigger a Workflow Server Timer. In the Workflow Administration Console, select Business Process Notification Timer, Database Maintenance Timer, or the Terminated Workflow Notification Timer and in the Action menu, select Trigger Timer to manually run the timer. • The Tokens dialog box now includes the Starting Date Time, WorkflowName, WorkflowID, DisplayName, WorkflowVersion, LFServer, LFRepository, and Initiator SID global tokens. (113959)
• The Token Editor now includes the Escape Search Name and Escape Search Phrase functions to better support creating Laserfiche search string values. The Escape Search Name token function will add a \ before any ] ? * " \ [ characters in the token value. The Escape Search Phrase token function will add a " before any " character and add a \ before any \ [ characters. (112402)
• The Workflow Scripting API now includes the SetMultiValueActivityToken and SetMultiValueToken methods. (111814)
• The Read XML activity now includes advanced options for clearing out default namespaces or defining the prefixed namespaces. This allows you to more easily construct XPath expressions without requiring the use of wildcards to match any namespaces. (111185 )
• The test input area in the Read XML activity now includes an option to import a sample XML file. (111193)
• Use the INSERT key as a shortcut to jump to the search box in the Toolbox Pane. (81839)
• The Persisted Instances node of the Workflow Administration Console now allows administrators to automatically open Laserfiche Workflow Web to view the workflow definition or instance details. Select the desired workflow instance and use the Browse Workflow option to open Laserfiche Workflow Web and view the workflow definition. Use the Browse Instance option to open Laserfiche Workflow Web to the instance details. (69649)
