Summary

This article details hotfix 1013522 for Laserfiche Mobile Server 9.2, which resolves the following issue:

• If the Laserfiche Mobile license has no database information defined, the Laserfiche Mobile Configuration Page, iOS app, and Android app will throw an Object reference not set to an instance of an object error when trying to authenticate. (120678)

Resolution

To update Laserfiche Mobile Server 9.2:

Click the following link to download either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the update. This zip file contains an executable file (.exe). Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location on the machine where the Laserfiche Mobile Server is installed. Double-click the .exe file to update the Laserfiche Mobile Server.
