TWAIN Scanner Options May Not Be Available In The Toolbar For Laserfiche Scanning 9.1.1.

Summary

When using TWAIN with Laserfiche Scanning 9, you may find that the Color and Paper Source toolbar options are not available.

Workaround 1

From the File menu, select the Scanner Options option to access the scanner color and paper source options.

Workaround 2

Replace the affected user's problematic copy of a TWAIN configuration file with a working copy from a different user.

  1. Log in to the computer as a user who does not encounter the issue.
  2. Browse to C:\Users\[SampleUserName]\AppData\Local\Temp.
  3. Create a copy of the LFTwain.cache file and place the copy in the affected user's corresponding Temp folder.
