Summary

Laserfiche Mobile 9.1.2 may not automatically open when you tap an .LFE shortcut file attachment in an email message. On an iOS device, you will see the XML contents of the shortcut file. On an Android device, you will see a "No app can open this attachment for viewing" message.

Cause

Laserfiche Mobile does not fully support certain .LFE files generated through a third-party process or from a Laserfiche Workflow Email activity.

Viewing an .LFE shortcut file created from the Laserfiche Client will properly automatically open Laserfiche Mobile on your iOS or Android device.
