Summary
When an administrator uses the Laserfiche Administration Console to manually assign an email address to a Laserfiche user account through the [Forms]email trustee attribute, Laserfiche Forms 9.1.x may not properly recognize the new value.
Note: Laserfiche users can still use the My User Settings page in Forms to modify their email address. This issue only affects manually modifying the trustee attribute.
Workaround
Administrators can update the values in the email column in the cf_users table in the Laserfiche Forms database.
Warning: Before directly modifying your Laserfiche Forms database, make sure that you have a valid backup and understand how to restore the database if a problem occurs.
