Summary

This article details hotfix 1013497 for Quick Fields 9.0, which resolves the following issues:

• Values added to a multi-value field in document revision are sometimes lost or represented incorrectly when sent to Laserfiche. (115201)
• If tokens and static text are placed in a multi-value field, and the document is sent to Laserfiche, only the tokens are recorded with the document. (115200)
• The session inactivity timeout is 3000 seconds. (113979)
• Removing every other value from a multi-value field in document revision throws an "Unhandled exception" error. (111862)

Click the following link to download the update. This update must be installed on the machine where Quick Fields 9.0 is installed.

The zip file contains a single patch file (.msp). Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location on the machine where Quick Fields 9.0 is installed. Double-click the .msp file to update Quick Fields 9.0.
