See the following scenario:
- A document that is part of a link group does not show up in the Laserfiche Client or Web Access Folder Browser.
- The document is searchable and can be seen from the search results pane.
- Browse and Read entry access rights are allowed on the document for appropriate users.
This issue can occur when the document does not have the highest link number in the link group and the Show only the latest document in a link group Folder Browser option is enabled.
View the Laserfiche Client Options dialog box or the Web Access Settings dialog box and clear the Show only the latest document in a link group option.
Laserfiche Client
- From the Tools menu, click Options to display the Options dialog box.
- Under Browser, select the Settings item.
- Clear the Show only the latest documents in a link group check box.
- Click OK to save the change.
Web Access
- Click the Settings link at the top of the page.
- Under Browser, select the Entry Display item.
- Clear the Show only the latest document in a link group check box.
- Click Save to save the change.
