Summary

When adding an existing Laserfiche document to a link group, you may receive the following error message:

    Attempted an unsupported operation.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Client 9.1.1 Service Pack 1 and later.

Workaround

This issue affects Laserfiche Client 9.1.1. Laserfiche Cilent 9.1.0 and earlier are not affected. Similarly, Web Access 9.1.1 is also not affected by this issue

The Import New Link option also functions correctly in adding a new document to the link group.
