Summary
When printing a document with Laserfiche Snapshot 9.1.1, you may receive the following error message:
Importing the document failed because there was an error assigning template or field data for template "TemplateName".
This issue can occur when Snapshot sets a template that contains a read-only field.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Snapshot 9.1.1 Service Pack 2 and later. Plus upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Snapshot.
Workaround
Click OK on the error message pop-up dialog box and re-click the OK button on the Laserfiche Snapshot properties dialog box and Snapshot will properly send the document to Laserfiche.
