Laserfiche SharePoint Integration 9.1

Summary

This article highlights new features and changes for Laserfiche SharePoint Integration 9.1.

New Features

  • There are updated versions of the Repository Access Web Part, Search Integration, and Records Center Integration that are compatible with SharePoint 2013.

Fixes and Changes

  • The Laserfiche Repository Web Part and the Search Web Part now both use claims-based authentication. As a result, if the SharePoint Integration is not installed on the same machine as the Laserfiche Server or Web Access Server, you'll need to configure Kerberos contrained delegation between the SharePoint Server and the Laserfiche Server. Previously, only the Search Web Part used claims-based authentication and users could avoid Kerberos by setting the UseC2WTS registry key to false.
  • Web Parts now share connections across all browsers on the same machine. Using both web parts will only use one connection. (68551)
  • The template search now includes all of the template's associated fields. (112366)
  • An issue preventing searches on number/integer fields has been resolved. (102361)
  • Search results with more than 100 results will now properly display. (111976)
  • Fixed an issue with the Manage Configurations tab where, if you set the Document Type option for a configuration to Image, the integration would attempt to convert all file types to a Laserfiche imaged document. (79458)
  • An issue that prevented the Within Folder search from providing a way to browse the repository has been resolved. (79609)
