This article details hotfix 1013456 for Workflow 9.1.1, which resolves the following issue:

• The Summary tab in the workflow properties dialog box again has a Print button. (112189)
• The Workflow Designer now properly includes the Result Count token produced by Custom Query and Query Data activities. (111917)
• The Attach Electronic Document activity now properly validates when you set the source to "Workflow Server local disk" and select a file. (111794)
• The "accept invalid certificate" option now functions as expected with Workflow Web services. (112431)
• Custom activities can now create Repository Access 9.1 connections directly. (112401)
• Workflow now attempts to format the %(RetrieveVersionHistory_Summary) token into an HTML table when inserted into an email. To disable this functionality, apply a Plaintext token format. (112237)
• The Assign Field Values activity's Remove fields from unassigned templates option now functions correctly when assigning a new template. (112409)

Resolution

To update Workflow 9.1.1

Click one of the following links to download either the 32-bit or 64-bit version of the update.

Each zip file contains an executable file (.exe). Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location. If necessary, transfer the appropriate .exe file(s) to the correct computers and double-click the appropriate .exe to update the desired Workflow component.

Note: The update file automatically checks for whether the Workflow Server, Subscriber, or Designer is installed and updates the appropriate files as needed.
