When installing the Laserfiche Mobile 9 Add-on for Web Access, you may receive the following error message:

Installation failed. The installation will be rolled back in the background.

In the installation log, you may see lines similar to the following:

WriteIIS7ConfigChanges: Error 0x80070002: Site not found for create application.
WriteIIS7ConfigChanges: Error 0x80070002: Failed to configure IIS application.
WriteIIS7ConfigChanges: Error 0x80070002: WriteIIS7ConfigChanges Failed.

The Laserfiche Mobile 9 Add-on for Web Access installation requires the existence of an IIS site named Default Web Site.

In a fresh installation of IIS, Windows creates a Default Web Site. If you previously renamed Default Web Site, please rename the site back to Default Web Site.
