Summary

The Laserfiche Client 9.1.x folder browser may be slow for users that enable the Remembered for each individual folder column option in the Browser item in the Options dialog box.

Cause

This issue can occur if the user has a large number of remembered folder layouts.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Client 9.1.1 Service Pack 1 and later.

Workaround

Restore default column display settings in the Laserfiche Client for the specified user.

1. Log in with the Laserfiche Client as the affected user.
2. From the Tools menu, click Options.
3. In the Options dialog box, select the Reset item.
4. Under Reset, select the General item.
5. Click Restore to restore default settings.
