Summary

On the Laserfiche Mobile Configuration Page, the Laserfiche Server drop-down list may be unresponsive. Clicking on the drop-down list does not expand the list and you cannot type in a Laserfiche server name.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Mobile 9.1.1 and later. Please upgrade the Laserfiche Mobile Server to the latest version.

Workaround

Manually edit a XML configuration file to register a Laserfiche repository with the Laserfiche Mobile add-on for Web Access.

  1. On the Web Access server, browse to and view <InstallationPath>\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Config\WebAccessConfig.xml.
  2. Within the <RepositoryList> block, take note of the specific <Repository> element with your Laserfiche repository's information.
  3. Browse to and open <InstallationPath>\Laserfiche\Mobile\Web Files\Config\WebAccessConfig.xml with a text editor.
  4. Copy and paste the repository information from the Web Access XML configuration file into the <RepositoryList> block of the Laserfiche Mobile XML configuration file.
  5. Reload the Laserfiche Mobile Configuration Page.
