Summary

When upgrading to Laserfiche Server 9.1.0 for Oracle, the 9.1 schema update process may not complete.

Cause

This issue can affect Laserfiche repositories on Oracle when there are entries in the Laserfiche Recycle Bin.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in an updated version of ora-upg50.sql. Replace the existing copy of ora-upg50.sql in the SQL subfolder of your Laserfiche Server installation folder. By default, the path is C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server\sql.

1. Stop the Laserfiche Server service.
2. Back up the original .sql file located in C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Server\sql.
3. Replace the old .sql file with the updated version included in the zip file.
4. Start the Laserfiche Server service and let the automated schema update complete.
