Summary

When using ScanConnect with Laserfiche Scanning 9.0.x, you may find that the Color and Page Source toolbar options may not be available.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Scanning 9.1.0 and later.

Workaround 1

Close Laserfiche Scanning and the Laserfiche Client. Manually delete the user's ScanConnect.cache file.

  1. Close the Laserfiche Client and Laserfiche Scanning.
  2. Browse to C:\Users\[SampleUserName]\AppData\Local\Temp.
  3. Delete the ScanConnect.cache file.

Workaround 2

From the File menu, select the Scanner Options option to access the scanner color and page source options.
