Summary

The Repository tab of the Forms Configuration page displays the following error message:

Server ServerName is not licensed for use with this Forms server.

Where ServerName is the name of your Laserfiche Server.

Cause

A common situation that can cause this error is when there is more than one Laserfiche license file in the Forms installation location (C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Forms\bin).

Resolution

Check the Forms installation location for extraneous license files and make sure that there is only one .licx license file.

After removing the invalid license files, restart IIS and the Forms Routing service.
