Summary

The Laserfiche Avante 9.1 and Laserfiche Rio 9.1 packages available on the Laserfiche Support Site between December 16 and December 18, 2013 contained the following potential issues:

• Installing Laserfiche 9.1 could mistakenly modify certain 9.0 registry keys and adversely affect certain version 9.0 client components. (110524)
• In certain situations, client programs using RepositoryAccess91 may be unable to modify the template on an entry. (110525)
• Web Accelerator could serve an image with additional watermarks. (110527)

Resolution

These issues are resolved in the Laserfiche Avante 9.1 and Laserfiche Rio 9.1 installations released after December 18th, 2013. If you downloaded Laserfiche Avante 9.1 or Laserfiche Rio 9.1 between December 16th, 2013 and December 18th, 2013, please download the most recent version of the Laserfiche Avante and Laserfiche Rio installations.

Uninstall any existing Laserfiche 9.1 programs and reinstall Laserfiche 9.1.

Note: Laserfiche Client and Laserfiche Server are now version 9.1.0.413. Laserfiche Workflow is now version 9.1.0.328. Web Access is version 9.1.0.210 and Web Accelerator is version 9.1.0.455.

Workaround for the version 9.0 client component registry mismatch

If you encounter the version 9.0 client component issue, repair the version 9.0 client program.
