Summary

When you click on the Send Document in E-mail toolbar button in Web Access 9, you may receive the following error message:

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Cause

The Send Document in E-mail toolbar button is a legacy option that was replaced in Web Access 9 with the E-mail Documents and E-mail Pages toolbar options.

Resolution

Customize the Web Access toolbar to remove the Send Document in E-mail toolbar button. Add the E-mail Documents or E-mail Pages toolbar buttons.
