This article details hotfix 1013344 for Laserfiche Mobile 9.0 Add-on for Web Access, which resolves the following issues:

• For some Laserfiche Servers configured with SSL, the Laserfiche Mobile configuration page fails to verify the connection to the Laserfiche Server. (107000)
• LDAP accounts cannot log in to the Laserfiche Mobile App. (107073)

To update Laserfiche Mobile 9.0 Add-on for Web Access:

Click the following link to download the update. This update must be installed on the machine where the Laserfiche Mobile Add-on for Web Access is installed.

Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location on the machine where the Laserfiche Mobile Add-on for Web Access is installed. Copy these files to C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Mobile\Web Files\bin and choose to replace the existing files.
