Laserfiche Client 9.0.3 and later includes an option to automatically generate linked text annotations from existing image highlight, redaction, underline, and strikethrough annotations on a document.

Use the Laserfiche Administration Console to create a [Settings]ShowLinkAllAnnotations trustee attribute and set its value to 1.

This trustee attribute adds a Link all Image Annotations option to the Tools menu in the Laserfiche Client.

Select a single document to create linked text annotations for that document. You can also select a folder to create linked text annotations for all documents in that folder and subfolders.
