Summary

Laserfiche Mobile is an iPhone and iPad app that enables you to capture, upload, and securely access and work with documents inside your Laserfiche repository while on the go. Laserfiche Mobile 9.0.1 is a minor release that introduces iOS 7 compatibility and fixes several bugs.

Requirements

System Requirements

  • iOS 5.0 and higher; iOS 6.0 or 7.0 recommended
  • iPhone: 4, 4S, 5
  • iPad: iPad 2, 3 (the third generation), 4 (the fourth generation), and the mini

    • Note: The iPad 1 (the original) is supported but not recommended.

Software Requirements

  • Laserfiche Server 8.2.1, 8.3.0, 9.0 and higher (Rio or Avante License)
  • Web Access 8.2 or higher, with the latest hotfix (See 1012723)
  • Laserfiche Mobile add-on for Web Access 9.0

    • Note: Laserfiche 9.0 and Web Access 9.0 are required for full functionality

Known Issues

  • If a Laserfiche Mobile 9.0 app is connected to an older version of the add-on, you will not be able to view annotations, work with business processes, or correctly update the upload status. It is recommended that you to update the add-on for full functionality.
  • Custom field formats will not be displayed correctly in Laserfiche Mobile (99203).
  • On iOS 6.0, a user may be logged out automatically when viewing an electronic document (except PDFs) if the "automatic logout" option is enabled on the Configuration Page (100886).
  • The Laserfiche Mobile Image Processing service is a shared service and gets installed when you install the Laserfiche Mobile Web service and the Distributed Processing service. If you uninstall the Laserfiche Mobile Web service, the Laserfiche Mobile Image Processing service stops. (101113)
  • For an invalid virtual directory to work, you must disable the Authentication/ASP.NET Impersonation from IIS. (110915)
