Summary

The Laserfiche Forms 9.0.1 Process Modeler may have initial display issues after installing either Hotfix 1013283 or Hotfix 1013190. For example, the Process Modeler may not display the directional links between the various objects in a business process.

Cause

This issue is due to the Web browser cache containing a previous version of a JavaScript library upgraded by the hotfix.

Resolution

After installing the Laserfiche Forms hotfix, clear your Web browser's cache before reopening the Process Modeler.
