This article details Service Pack 2 (hotfix 1013293) for Laserfiche 9.0.2. The fix includes an .exe file that updates Laserfiche Client for the following issues:
- Laserfiche now reapplies text redactions when you re-OCR a document that contains linked image redactions. (103872)
- You can now rename and delete public stamps in the Laserfiche Client if you have the Manage Stamps privilege. (99481)
- The Stamp Text text area in the Create Stamp dialog box now supports scroll bars. (103869)
- The About Laserfiche dialog box now indicates if you have a Service Pack installed. (104772)
- Laserfiche Client could become unstable in certain situations when closing the Document Viewer or closing the Metadata dialog box. This issue is now resolved. (103876)
- The Import to Laserfiche dialog box's Fields tab now correctly displays dynamic field values when the Document Viewer or the Metadata dialog box is displaying field values. (104659)
- The Metadata dialog box and the Document Viewer's Fields tabs now display <Loading values. Click here to cancel.> instead of <Stop Retrieval> when retrieving dynamic field values. (103913)
- In certain situations, a child dynamic field may not display the correct values when you type quickly into the parent field. This issue is now resolved. (102661)
- You no longer receive an "invalid pointer [6000]" error when generating pages for certain PDF files. (103554)
- The Folder Browser's OCR'ed Pages column no longer displays "All" for PDF documents with no associated text pages. (100922)
- The Properties Pane in Laserfiche Scanning now loads correctly when scanning into a document that contains both a template with dynamic fields and a field that is independent of the template. (104047)

Note: This update is included as part of the Laserfiche Avante 9.0.2 and Laserfiche Rio 9.0.2 installation packages available on the Laserfiche Support Site after August 1, 2013. The Client installation package contains an "Updates" subfolder with the .msp patch files. When using the updated installation to install Laserfiche Client 9.0.2 for the first time, the installation process will automatically detect and install the appropriate .msp files located in that subfolder. If you have not yet installed Laserfiche Client 9.0.2, please download the most recent version of the Laserfiche Avante or Laserfiche Rio installations.
Note: The About Laserfiche dialog box in Laserfiche Client will indicate whether you have Service Pack 2 installed.
