This article details service pack 1 (hotfix 1013277) for Laserfiche Web Access 9.0.2. The service pack includes the following changes:
- You no longer receive a "NaN is not a valid value for Int32" error message when you drag and drop thumbnail images past the last page in the document. (101562)
- The Versions tab in the Metadata Viewer and Document Viewer now displays properly with various Web Access language packs. (102250)
- Quick search selections that include a custom quick search are now saved after you log out and log back in. (102359)
- Web Access Scanning no longer becomes unstable in certain situations when you scan into a document that contains both a template with a dynamic field and a field that is independent of the template. (102557)
- When using Chrome, list fields with no assigned value no longer display as having the first value selected. (102562)
- The Refresh toolbar button in the Document Viewer now refreshes the Image Pane after you use the Generate Pages option to regenerate a new set of image files for PDF documents. (102601)
- The E-mail Documents option is now available for electronic document shortcuts. (103172)
- Web Access now properly displays image pages for documents that were previously imported into an encrypted volume as part of a Laserfiche briefcase. (103306)
- The Laserfiche Search Connector for Windows 7 now properly returns search results. (103590)
- The Links tab in the Metadata Viewer and Document Viewer can now display entry links to a folder. (103922)

Note: This update is included as part of the Laserfiche Rio 9.0.2 installation packages available on the Laserfiche Support Site after July 5th, 2013. The updated Web Access and Web Import Services installation packages contain an "Updates" subfolder with .msp patch files. When using the updated installation to install Web Access 9.0.2 for the first time, the installation process will automatically detect and install the appropriate .msp files located in those subfolders. If you have not yet installed Laserfiche Rio 9.0.2, please download the most recent version of the Laserfiche Rio package.

Note: The zip file also contains Microsoft Windows Installer patch files (.msp) if you want to update Web Access, the DocuSign web service, and the Laser App web service individually.
Service Pack 1 (hotfix 1013277) is a cumulative update that supersedes Knowledge Base article 1013240. KB1013277.zip includes the Web Import Services files and Web Scanning installation package included in article 1013240.
