Known Issues

  • If you are upgrading from a previous version of Web Access, you must manually edit the WebAccessConfig.xml in C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Config.

    Before the closing tag, insert:

    <DocuSignSettings APIAccountId="1234abcd-1234-abcd-1234-1234abcd5678" APIUserEmail="YourDocuSignAccount@SampleCompany.com" Password="password" />

    Make sure to replace the appropriate values with your specific DocuSign administrator account information. See http://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/webaccess/9.0/en-us/wa/WebAccess.htm#DocuSign_WebAccessConfig.htm for more information.

  • If you cannot send documents from Web Access to DocuSign out of the box, see the Configuring X.509 Certificate Signing on DocuSign API Calls section in the documentation.
  • Web Administration Console and Laserfiche SDK 9.0 may not successfully install if Web Import Services is already installed on the computer.
  • The Request Signature with DocuSign dialog box in Web Access does not support the "Manage Recipients" DocuSign role. (101986)
